Tento dokument m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vysvetlen\u00fd neskor\u0161ie v\u00a0poslednom dni \u201ePrv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a\u201c, po\u010das jednej hodiny. Tieto dva sp\u00f4soby maj\u00fa naj\u00faplnej\u0161\u00ed zmysel po \u201e\u0160tvrtom t\u00fd\u017edni\u201c, ke\u010f bez prek\u00e1\u017eok Boh m\u00f4\u017ee vlia\u0165 do du\u0161e slobodne svoju l\u00e1sku a\u00a0hojn\u00e9 spolo\u010denstvo, a\u00a0exercitant m\u00f4\u017ee vyjadri\u0165 svoju l\u00e1sku k\u00a0Bohu s\u00a0jednoduch\u00fdmi slovami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vysvetlenie a\u00a0cvi\u010denie t\u00fdchto posledn\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov modlitby nemusia ch\u00fdba\u0165 v\u00a0Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010denia, a\u00a0najm\u00e4 sa m\u00f4\u017eu pon\u00faknu\u0165 jednoduch\u00fdm \u013eudom. S\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lne odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e9 pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed praktizuj\u00fa mal\u00e9 Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia alebo Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia \u201ePrv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a\u201c (por. <em>Direkt\u00f3rium<\/em> 5:1,7,11,16,18,31; 6:4; 17:9; 26:71; 32:6; 43:19, 256.), ale aj in\u00ed by sa v\u00a0nich mohli cvi\u010di\u0165.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom modlitby sa m\u00f4\u017ee ur\u010di\u0165 nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed v \u201e\u0160tvrtom t\u00fd\u017edni\u201c \u2013 \u201eAv\u0161ak ak je to lep\u0161ie, m\u00f4\u017eeme oddeli\u0165 tajomstv\u00e1 Vzkriesenia od cvi\u010denia na vzbudenie l\u00e1sky, potom tajomstv\u00e1 a\u017e po Nanebovst\u00fapenie a\u00a0Tur\u00edce mo\u017eno dokon\u010di\u0165 za jeden alebo dva dni a\u00a0potom toto cvi\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 sa vykon\u00e1va po\u010das hod\u00edn cel\u00e9ho tretieho a\u00a0\u0161tvrt\u00e9ho d\u0148a \u2013 uist\u00edme sa, \u017ee niektor\u00e9 dni \u0160tvrt\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a nech\u00e1me pre Met\u00f3dy modlitby\u201c (Direkt\u00f3rium 20:102). Pred ve\u010derou by ju mal opakova\u0165. Po ve\u010deri pod\u013ea typu \u010dloveka m\u00f4\u017ee dosta\u0165 odpor\u00fa\u010dania pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed kon\u010dia Cvi\u010denia, ako je uveden\u00e9 v\u00a0z\u00e1vere\u010dnej kapitole tohto direkt\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(131) S\u00fa to tri konkr\u00e9tne met\u00f3dy modlitby. Nevylu\u010duj\u00fa in\u00e9 modlitby, ktor\u00e9 u\u010d\u00ed Duch Sv\u00e4t\u00fd a\u00a0ktor\u00e9 zvykn\u00fa d\u00e1va\u0165 \u013eudia s\u00a0duchovn\u00fdmi sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami alebo ktor\u00e9 ak\u00fdko\u013evek jednotlivec pova\u017euje za hodnotn\u00e9 pre seba. Ale medzi ostatn\u00fdmi modlitbami tieto tri \u2013 pod\u013ea r\u00f4znorodosti a\u00a0dispoz\u00edci\u00ed modliacich sa \u013eud\u00ed \u2013 s\u00fa u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9. S\u00fa to sp\u00f4soby, ktor\u00fdmi s\u00a0modlitbou m\u00f4\u017eeme prejs\u0165 Bo\u017eie prik\u00e1zania ako aj sv\u00e4t\u00e9 modlitby a\u00a0\u017ealmy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(132) V\u00a0Prvej met\u00f3de modlitby sa hovor\u00ed: \u201ePre prv\u00fd sp\u00f4sob modlitby je pri prvom prik\u00e1zan\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 uva\u017eova\u0165 a\u00a0rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 za dobu troch Ot\u010den\u00e1\u0161ov\u201c (DC 241). To m\u00e1me ch\u00e1pa\u0165 v\u00a0s\u00falade so \u0161tvrt\u00fdm Dodatkom (DC 76), ktor\u00fd hovor\u00ed, \u017ee ke\u010f n\u00e1jdem to, \u010do chcem, zostanem dokia\u013e sa neuspokoj\u00edm, bez toho, \u017ee by som sa \u00fazkostlivo usiloval post\u00fapi\u0165 \u010falej, ako je tie\u017e uveden\u00e9 v\u00a0druhom pravidle pre Druh\u00fa met\u00f3du modlitby (DC 254).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(133) V\u00a0Druhej a\u00a0Tretej met\u00f3de modlitby si v\u0161imnite, \u017ee namiesto jedn\u00e9ho slova m\u00f4\u017eeme vzia\u0165 cel\u00fa vetu pod\u013ea zbo\u017enosti \u010dloveka, napr\u00edklad: \u201eOt\u010de,\u201c \u201eOt\u010de n\u00e1\u0161,\u201c \u201ektor\u00fd si na nebesiach,\u201c \u201eposv\u00e4\u0165 sa meno tvoje.\u201c Podobne aj u\u00a0in\u00fdch slov alebo prosieb P\u00e1novej modlitby alebo in\u00fdch modlitieb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0Tretej met\u00f3de modlitby by sme si mali v\u0161imn\u00fa\u0165 dve veci. Jedna vec spo\u010d\u00edva v\u00a0tom, \u017ee interval d\u00fdchania d\u00e1va \u010dlovekovi, ktor\u00fd sa modl\u00ed, \u010das, aby jeho myse\u013e hlb\u0161ie prenikla do pravdy vyjadrenej v\u00a0slov\u00e1ch alebo vet\u00e1ch, aby sa jeho city silnej\u0161ie pohli k\u00a0tomu, \u010do pochopil. Druh\u00e1 vec spo\u010d\u00edva v\u00a0tom, \u017ee interval d\u00fdchania by sme nemali bra\u0165 pr\u00edsne, aby sme nedovolili \u010dlovekovi zastavi\u0165 sa trochu dlh\u0161ie ne\u017e je d\u013a\u017eka dychu \u2013 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 ke\u010f\u017ee niektor\u00ed \u013eudia d\u00fdchaj\u00fa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ne\u017e in\u00ed. Ale mali by sme prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 o\u00a0t\u00fdchto slov\u00e1ch alebo vet\u00e1ch zhruba po\u010das d\u013a\u017eky jedn\u00e9ho dychu. Ak \u010dlovek chce pochopi\u0165 alebo necha\u0165 sa hlb\u0161ie pohn\u00fa\u0165 a\u00a0prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 o\u00a0slove dlh\u0161ie, m\u00f4\u017ee samozrejme postupova\u0165 pod\u013ea svojej zbo\u017enosti a\u00a0urobi\u0165 tak, ale vtedy sa jeho modlitba bude pribli\u017eova\u0165 sk\u00f4r Druhej met\u00f3de modlitby ne\u017e Tretej.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(134) Tretia met\u00f3da modlitba je vtedy, ke\u010f uva\u017eujeme o\u00a0ka\u017edom slove modlitby len po dobu jedn\u00e9ho n\u00e1dychu a\u00a0v\u00fddychu. Ign\u00e1ca sa im venovalo jeden a\u017e dva dni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Direkt\u00f3rium p\u00e1tra Juana Alfonsa de Polanco<\/em> vysvet\u013euje aj tak\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom v\u00fdznam \u201eTroch sp\u00f4sobov modlitby\u201c:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e(103) Kapitola 11: Pozn\u00e1mky o\u00a0Met\u00f3dach modlitby.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(104) Prv\u00e1 met\u00f3da je vhodn\u00e1 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pre jednoduch\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed \u2013 t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa menej zaoberaj\u00fa hlbokou medit\u00e1ciou o\u00a0prik\u00e1zaniach, hlavn\u00fdch hriechoch, sil\u00e1ch du\u0161e a\u00a0zmyslov a\u00a0viac praktick\u00fdm \u017eivotom: ako sa spr\u00e1vali doteraz a\u00a0chc\u00fa sa spr\u00e1vne spr\u00e1va\u0165 v\u00a0bud\u00facnosti oh\u013eadom t\u00fdchto z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, aby prosili o\u00a0odpustenie za svoje priestupky a\u00a0o\u00a0milos\u0165, aby konali to, \u010do maj\u00fa. A\u00a0ak nem\u00f4\u017ee prejs\u0165 v\u0161etky prik\u00e1zania alebo hriechy za hodinu (alebo ak\u00fdko\u013evek \u010das, ktor\u00fd je ur\u010den\u00fd pre t\u00fato modlitbu), m\u00f4\u017ee presta\u0165 kdeko\u013evek pred koncom predp\u00edsan\u00e9ho obdobia a\u00a0uzavrie rozhovorom s\u00a0Bohom. Po tre\u0165om Dodatku a\u00a0pr\u00edpravnej modlitbe, ktor\u00e1 sa tu uv\u00e1dza ( DC 239\u2013240) by mal najprv uva\u017eova\u0165 o\u00a0tom, ak\u00e9 sv\u00e4t\u00e9 a\u00a0dobr\u00e9 je prik\u00e1zanie samo osebe; po druh\u00e9, o\u00a0tom, ak\u00e9 je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 zachov\u00e1va\u0165 ho a\u00a0po tretie, o\u00a0tom, ako ho zachov\u00e1val doteraz. V\u00a0druhom bode budeme uva\u017eova\u0165 o\u00a0cieli, pre ktor\u00fd sme tieto sily dostali a\u00a0o\u00a0tom, ako ich Kristus alebo Panna M\u00e1ria pou\u017e\u00edvali. V\u00a0tre\u0165om bode budeme uva\u017eova\u0165 o\u00a0tom, ako sme sami pou\u017e\u00edvali n\u00e1\u0161 rozum, budeme oplak\u00e1va\u0165 zneu\u017e\u00edvanie rozumu a\u00a0rozhodneme sa napravi\u0165 a\u00a0napodob\u0148ova\u0165 pr\u00edklad, ktor\u00fd sme prijali za svoj vzor. Potom nasleduje rozhovor, prosba o\u00a0odpustenie hriechov a\u00a0milos\u0165, aby sme dobre pou\u017e\u00edvali tento dar Bo\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0bud\u00facnosti. To ist\u00e9 by sme mali urobi\u0165 s\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edmi silami a\u00a0zmyslami.
