Ign\u00e1c v\u00a0jednom svojom liste Isabel Roser (list z\u00a019. decembra 1538). U\u017e od prvej redakcie <em>Formuly In\u0161tit\u00fatu<\/em>, sa spom\u00edna t\u00e1to z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165. M\u00e1 sa to v\u0161ak robi\u0165 tak, aby ani \u0161tudenti nemohli zneu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 spomenut\u00e9 majetky, a\u00a0aby ich ani Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 nemohla pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 pre seba, ale aby sl\u00fa\u017eili na potreby \u0161tudentov. T\u00fdch v\u0161ak, u\u00a0ktor\u00fdch sa zist\u00ed pokrok v\u00a0duchovnom \u017eivote a\u00a0v\u00a0\u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch, mo\u017eno po dostato\u010dnom presk\u00faman\u00ed pripusti\u0165 do na\u0161ej Spolo\u010dnosti.\u201c (<strong><em>Formula In\u0161tit\u00fatu<\/em> 8 z\u00a0roku 1540<\/strong>); \u201eKe\u010f\u017ee domy, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m d\u00e1 P\u00e1n, bud\u00fa sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 na pr\u00e1cu v\u00a0jeho vinici a\u00a0nebud\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 pre \u0161tuduj\u00facich, a\u00a0ke\u010f\u017ee sa n\u00e1m vid\u00ed, \u017ee by bolo inak ve\u013emi vhodn\u00e9, aby sa z\u00a0mlad\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa sklon k\u00a0n\u00e1bo\u017enosti a\u00a0s\u00fa s\u00faci na \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1, pripravovali pracovn\u00edci tejto P\u00e1novej vinice a\u00a0tvorili ak\u00fasi \u0161tepnicu aj pre na\u0161u Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 so sl\u00e1vnostn\u00fdmi s\u013eubmi, m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 profesn\u00e1 Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 na u\u013eah\u010denie \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed \u0161tudentsk\u00e9 kol\u00e9gi\u00e1 v\u0161ade tam, kde ich zalo\u017eia a\u00a0hmotne zabezpe\u010dia \u013eudia veden\u00ed n\u00e1bo\u017enos\u0165ou. Pros\u00edme, aby odteraz tieto kol\u00e9gi\u00e1 boli apo\u0161tolskou autoritou pr\u00e1voplatne zalo\u017een\u00e9 alebo pokladan\u00e9 za tak\u00e9 v\u0161ade tam, kde bud\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 a\u00a0hmotne zabezpe\u010den\u00e9, nie v\u0161ak z\u00a0majetkov, ktor\u00fdch pride\u013eovanie patr\u00ed Sv\u00e4tej stolici, a\u00a0aby tieto kol\u00e9gi\u00e1 mohli ma\u0165 pr\u00edjmy, d\u00f4chodky a\u00a0majetky, ktor\u00e9 sa bud\u00fa smie\u0165 pou\u017ei\u0165 na potreby \u0161tuduj\u00facich. Pritom sa predstaven\u00e9mu alebo spolo\u010dnosti ponech\u00e1va celkov\u00e1 spr\u00e1va alebo doh\u013ead nad uveden\u00fdmi kol\u00e9giami a\u00a0spomenut\u00fdmi \u0161tudentmi, a\u00a0to nad vo\u013ebou rektorov a\u00a0\u010di riadite\u013eov, nad v\u00fdberom \u0161tudentov, ich prij\u00edman\u00edm, prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00edm, ur\u010dovan\u00edm \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho poriadku, nad v\u00fdchovou, v\u00fdukou, napr\u00e1van\u00edm a\u00a0trestan\u00edm \u0161tudentov, nad sp\u00f4sobom, ako im poskytova\u0165 stravu a\u00a0o\u0161atenie a\u00a0nad celou ostatnou spr\u00e1vou, veden\u00edm a\u00a0starostlivos\u0165ou. M\u00e1 sa to robi\u0165 tak, aby ani \u0161tudenti nemohli zneu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 spomenut\u00e9 majetky a\u00a0aby ich ani profesn\u00e1 Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 nemohla pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 pre seba, ale aby sl\u00fa\u017eili potreb\u00e1m \u0161tudentov. T\u00edto \u0161tudenti maj\u00fa ma\u0165 tak\u00e9 vlohy a\u00a0mravn\u00e9 vlastnosti, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 pr\u00e1vom d\u00fafa\u0165, \u017ee po skon\u010den\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed bud\u00fa s\u00faci na vykon\u00e1vanie \u00faloh v\u00a0Spolo\u010dnosti a\u00a0ke\u010f sa u\u00a0nich zist\u00ed pokrok v\u00a0duchovnom \u017eivote a\u00a0vo vede a\u00a0bud\u00fa dostato\u010dne preveren\u00ed, bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 by\u0165 prijat\u00ed do na\u0161ej Spolo\u010dnosti.\u201c (<strong><em>Formula In\u0161tit\u00fatu<\/em> 8 z\u00a0roku 1550<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ke\u010f sv. Ign\u00e1c za\u010d\u00edna pracova\u0165 na <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00e1ch<\/em>, v\u00a0skuto\u010dnosti povedan\u00e9 s\u00a0Polancom ako sekret\u00e1rom (Polanco pri\u0161iel do R\u00edma v\u00a0roku 1547), tento za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00faci projekt alebo \u00famysel nap\u00edsa\u0165 ich sa datuje na rok 1548 a\u00a0je pomenovan\u00fd ako <em>Industrias<\/em>. Rovnako Polanco hovor\u00ed, \u017ee tieto <em>Industrias<\/em> vyjadruj\u00fa myslenie sv. Ign\u00e1ca. Ign\u00e1cov pl\u00e1n je tak bl\u00edzko k\u00a0bud\u00facim <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00e1m<\/em>. Druh\u00e1 tzv. <em>industria <\/em>poskytuje alebo pod\u00e1va krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pre prijatie kandid\u00e1tov a\u00a0niektor\u00e9 rady pre uskuto\u010dnenie v\u00fdberu: je to n\u00e1\u010drt &#8211; koncept, z\u00a0ktor\u00e9ho sa nesk\u00f4r vyvinula prv\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed<\/em>. V\u00a0texte z\u00a0roku 1550, <em>Examen<\/em> bol vlo\u017een\u00fd, umiestnen\u00fd na konci tejto prvej \u010dasti ako jeho piata kapitola. Nesk\u00f4r ho presunul tak, \u017ee ho vlo\u017eil ako \u00favod na za\u010diatku <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010co sa t\u00fdka druhej \u010dasti, o\u00a0prepusten\u00ed, nie je ni\u010d v\u00a0tzv. <em>Industrias <\/em>od Polanca. Zdalo by sa na prv\u00fdm moment, \u017ee nemal v\u00a0\u00famysle sa venova\u0165 tejto \u010dast\u00ed <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed<\/em>. Toti\u017e kon\u0161tit\u00facie in\u00fdch reho\u013en\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00fatov nehovoria o\u00a0tejto t\u00e9me, ale sa sk\u00f4r sa uspokojuj\u00fa s\u00a0trestn\u00fdm k\u00f3dexom, v\u017edy viazanom na my\u0161lienku \u0165a\u017e\u0161ieho postihu. Ign\u00e1c bol tie\u017e v\u00a0tomto ve\u013emi origin\u00e1lny a\u00a0nechcel vedie\u0165 ni\u010d o\u00a0trestom k\u00f3dexe. Chcel, aby v\u0161etci boli viden\u00ed od l\u00e1sky, a\u00a0aby v\u00a0<em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00e1ch<\/em> ni\u010d nebolo viazan\u00e9 pod hriechom: \u201eSpolo\u010dnos\u0165 si \u017eel\u00e1, aby sa zachov\u00e1vali cel\u00e9 jej Stanovy, ich vysvetlivky a sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota vo v\u0161etkom pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho reho\u013en\u00e9ho zriadenia, a to bez akejko\u013evek odch\u00fdlky. Le\u017e takisto si \u017eel\u00e1 aj to, aby v\u0161etci jej \u010dlenovia \u017eili v pokoji a aby sa im pom\u00e1halo, \u017eeby sa nezaplietli pr\u00e1ve na z\u00e1klade zachov\u00e1vania t\u00fdchto Stanov a ich nariaden\u00ed do os\u00eddiel nejak\u00e9ho hriechu. Preto sa v P\u00e1novi domnievame, \u017ee okrem v\u00fdslovn\u00e9ho s\u013eubu, ktor\u00fdm sa Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 zav\u00e4zuje s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9mu alebo bud\u00facemu Najvy\u0161\u0161iemu ve\u013ek\u0148azovi, ako aj troch podstatn\u00fdch s\u013eubov chudoby, \u010distoty a poslu\u0161nosti, nemaj\u00fa nijak\u00e9 Stanovy a ich Vysvetlivky, nijak\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota zav\u00e4zova\u0165 \u010di pod \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdm alebo \u013eahk\u00fdm hriechom, iba\u017ee by ich predstaven\u00fd rozk\u00e1zal v mene Krista, n\u00e1\u0161ho P\u00e1na, alebo mocou poslu\u0161nosti. To sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165, ke\u010f sa o ur\u010dit\u00fdch veciach alebo osob\u00e1ch domnieva, \u017ee je to ve\u013emi u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 pre dobro jednotlivca alebo celku. A tak strach pred hriechom ust\u00fapi l\u00e1ske a t\u00fa\u017ebe vo v\u0161estrannej dokonalosti, z \u010doho vypl\u00fdva v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie osl\u00e1venie a chv\u00e1la Krista, n\u00e1\u0161ho Stvorite\u013ea a P\u00e1na.\u201c (<em>Kon\u0161tit\u00facie<\/em> 602)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sv. Ign\u00e1c mal v\u0161ak starostlivos\u0165 o\u00a0to, aby spresnil, v\u00a0ak\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch a\u00a0predov\u0161etk\u00fdm s\u00a0ak\u00fdm duchom sa bolo potrebn\u00e9 rozl\u00fa\u010di\u0165 s\u00a0niek\u00fdm. Mohlo by sa zda\u0165, \u017ee druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 <em>Kon\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed<\/em> je najtvrd\u0161ia a\u00a0najviac pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1, predsa v\u0161ak na prekvapenie \u010ditate\u013ea, je \u010das\u0165ou, kde sa najviac prejavuje l\u00e1ska, jemnos\u0165 a\u00a0taktnos\u0165 sv. Ign\u00e1ca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Umiestnenie prvej a\u00a0druhej \u010dasti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Examen <\/em>(1-133) poskytuje krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 povolania do spolo\u010dnosti Je\u017ei\u0161ovej a\u00a0umo\u017e\u0148uje rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165, \u010di \u017eelanie vst\u00fapi\u0165 do nej m\u00e1 skuto\u010dne svoj p\u00f4vod v\u00a0Bohu. \u201e<em>\u00davod<\/em>\u201c (134-137) n\u00e1s stavia do spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0Bohom na budovan\u00ed Spolo\u010dnosti Je\u017ei\u0161ovej, t\u00fdm \u017ee n\u00e1s poz\u00fdva \u201eza\u010d\u00edna\u0165\u201c s\u00a0N\u00edm, ktor\u00fd buduje Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 bez prest\u00e1vky. Boh st\u00e1le pokra\u010duje v\u00a0budovan\u00ed tejto Spolo\u010dnosti a\u00a0preto vol\u00e1, aby do nej vst\u00fapili nov\u00ed \u013eudia.
