Ign\u00e1ca a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00e1vaj\u00fa pevn\u00fd charakter a\u00a0vlastn\u00fa tv\u00e1r jeho sv\u00e4tosti a\u00a0v\u0161etk\u00fdm dielam v\u00a0jeho \u017eivote. <em>Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia<\/em> v\u00a0Manrese boli pre Ign\u00e1ca duchovn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningom, ktor\u00fd smeroval k\u00a0jedn\u00e9mu d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9mu konkr\u00e9tnemu cie\u013eu, aby<!--more--> zv\u00ed\u0165azil nad sebou sam\u00fdm, usporiadal svoj \u017eivot (por. DC 21) a\u00a0nakoniec, aby mal silu vo v\u0161etkom milova\u0165 a\u00a0sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 Bo\u017eej velebnosti (por. DC 233). Ign\u00e1c vedel ako b\u00fdval\u00fd vojak, \u017ee pre dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013ea je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 n\u00e1maha, vlastn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca a\u00a0t\u00e1to sa odr\u00e1\u017ea v\u00a0celom procese jeho <em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0<em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010deniach<\/em> v\u00a0Manrese sa ve\u013ea v\u00a0<em>Autobiografii<\/em> nehovor\u00ed. Prakticky sv. Ign\u00e1c ml\u010d\u00ed. A\u017e na konci jeho <em>Autobiografie <\/em>nach\u00e1dzame nieko\u013eko zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch slov, ktor\u00e9 sv. Ign\u00e1c adresoval p\u00e1trovi Gon\u00e7alvesovi de C\u00e1mara: \u201ePo rozhovoroch o t\u00fdch veciach 20. okt\u00f3bra som sa op\u00fdtal Otca Ign\u00e1ca na Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia a na Kon\u0161tit\u00facie; chcel som sa toti\u017e dozvedie\u0165, ako ich zostavoval. Povedal mi, \u017ee Cvi\u010denia nezostavil v\u0161etky naraz, ale len niektor\u00e9 veci, ktor\u00e9 pozoroval vo svojej du\u0161i a pokladal ich za u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9. Zdalo sa mu, \u017ee by mohli by\u0165 aj in\u00fdm u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9; tak si ich teda zapisoval, napr. o spytovan\u00ed svedomia t\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom s \u010diarkami at\u010f. Povedal mi, \u017ee najm\u00e4 poznatky o vo\u013ebe \u010derpal z rozmanitost\u00ed ducha a my\u0161lienok, ktor\u00e9 mal, ke\u010f bol v Loyole a ke\u010f ho e\u0161te bolela noha.\u201c (<em>Autobiografia<\/em> 99) Taktie\u017e nehovoria ve\u013ea o\u00a0<em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010deniach<\/em> procesy a\u00a0vypo\u010d\u00favania s\u00a0Ign\u00e1com. Cel\u00fd jeho \u017eivot v\u00a0Manrese sa zhr\u0148uje do t\u00fdchto dvoch \u010dl\u00e1nkov: \u201ePridajte, \u017ee v\u0161etky mesiace a\u00a0obdobia, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch menovan\u00fd Ign\u00e1c preb\u00fdval v\u00a0menovanom meste Manresa, \u017eil vo ve\u013ekej sv\u00e4tosti, cvi\u010dil sa v\u00a0pok\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0ve\u013emi \u010dasto u\u017e\u00edval sviatost\u00ed a\u00a0modlitby, \u017eil vo ve\u013ekej chudobe, jedol z\u00a0toho, \u010do dostal ako milodar, a \u017ee svoj\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom bol ve\u013ek\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom pre obyvate\u013eov a\u00a0susedov v\u00a0tomto menovanom meste.\u201c; \u201eZap\u00ed\u0161te, \u017ee menovan\u00fd Ign\u00e1c, si robil pod\u013ea svojho zvyku obdobn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia modlitby na niektor\u00fdch miestach menovan\u00e9ho mesta, bol v\u00a0nich podporovan\u00fd Bohom s\u00a0jedine\u010dn\u00fdmi dobrodeniami uchv\u00e1ten\u00ed, v\u00edzi\u00ed a\u00a0zjaven\u00ed.\u201c Tieto slov\u00e1 z\u00a0procesov s\u00fa prv\u00fdm vhodn\u00fdm miestom, aby sme mohli hovori\u0165 o\u00a0in\u0161pir\u00e1cii <em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/em> a\u00a0ich praktik\u00e1ch v\u00a0\u017eivote sv. P\u00e1ter Polanco potvrdzuje, \u017ee \u201ev\u00a0posledn\u00fdch mesiacoch svojho pobytu v\u00a0Manrese d\u00e1val Ign\u00e1c premyslene svoje <em>Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia<\/em> t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed vyh\u013ead\u00e1vali jeho vedenie, u\u010dil ich ako si maj\u00fa o\u010disti\u0165 du\u0161u prostredn\u00edctvom vyznania hriechov a\u00a0\u013e\u00fatosti a\u00a0prostredn\u00edctvom medit\u00e1ci\u00ed o\u00a0tajomstv\u00e1ch Krista; u\u010dil ich ako si urobi\u0165 dobr\u00fa \u017eivotn\u00fa vo\u013ebu a\u00a0u\u010dil ich r\u00f4zne sp\u00f4soby modlitby, aby ich zap\u00e1lil v\u00a0l\u00e1sku k\u00a0Bohu.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Druh\u00fdm spolubratom, ktor\u00fd vyd\u00e1va svedectvo o\u00a0<em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010deniach<\/em> vytvoren\u00fdch v\u00a0Manrese je p\u00e1ter Nadal. \u00a0P\u00e1ter Nadal rozl\u00ed\u0161il dve redakcie alebo dve nap\u00edsania <em>Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/em>. Prv\u00e1 bola v\u00a0Manrese a\u00a0druh\u00e1 po skon\u010den\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed, ke\u010f znovu prepracoval svoj prvotn\u00fd text z\u00a0Manresy a\u00a0ho roz\u0161\u00edril o\u00a0mnoh\u00e9 in\u00e9 texty. Prv\u00e1 redakcia alebo prv\u00e9 nap\u00edsanie obsahovalo, pod\u013ea p\u00e1tra Nadala, z\u00e1kladn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 o\u00a0\u201eExamenoch\u201c a\u00a0niektor\u00e9 medit\u00e1cie. Preto m\u00f4\u017eeme hovori\u0165 aj o\u00a0vzniku medit\u00e1ci\u00ed o\u00a0Dvoch Z\u00e1stav\u00e1ch a\u00a0Volan\u00ed Kr\u00e1\u013ea. Ign\u00e1c v\u00a0Par\u00ed\u017ei (1535) po skon\u010den\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed, hoci z\u00a0hist\u00f3rie vieme, \u017ee Ign\u00e1c si e\u0161te dop\u013a\u0148al osobn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1 v\u00a0Ben\u00e1tkach (1536) a\u00a0dokon\u010dil ju v\u00a0podstate v Taliansku. Ign\u00e1ca v\u00a0Manrese. Prv\u00fdm pr\u00edbytkom bola nemocnica sv. Lucie. Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 je toto svedectvo Juana Capdep\u00f3s: \u201eZ\u00edskal \u00faplne oby\u010dajn\u00fa izbu v\u00a0nemocnici sv. Lucie tohto mesta medzi chudobn\u00fdmi.\u201c Druh\u00e9 svedectvo je od In\u00e9s Mollona: \u201e\u017dil sv\u00e4t\u00fd \u017eivot s\u00a0ve\u013ekou pr\u00edsnos\u0165ou, b\u00fdvaj\u00fac neust\u00e1le v\u00a0nemocnici sv. Lucie a\u00a0jed\u00e1vaj\u00fac \u00a0s\u00a0chudobn\u00fdmi.\u201c \u00a0Pedro Corrons tie\u017e vydal svedectvo, \u017ee \u201eke\u010f Ign\u00e1c odch\u00e1dzal z\u00a0jaskyne a\u00a0z\u00a0kostola, kde sa u\u0165ahoval do ticha, aby lep\u0161ie uskuto\u010d\u0148oval cvi\u010denia modlitby, p\u00f4sty a\u00a0pr\u00edsnos\u0165 \u017eivota, vracal sa do nemocnice sv. Lucie a\u00a0\u017eil tam s\u00a0chudobn\u00fdmi, ktor\u00fdm neust\u00e1le sl\u00fa\u017eil\u201c. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm miestom, kde Ign\u00e1c b\u00fdval a\u00a0kde pravdepodobne rozv\u00edjal svoje <em>Duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia<\/em> bol aj dom pani Angely Amigant. Tu Ign\u00e1c nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed prele\u017eal chor\u00fd na posteli a\u00a0\u201epredsa sa aj z\u00a0tohto domu sa menovan\u00fd vracal do nemocnice, aby sl\u00fa\u017eil chudobn\u00fdm\u201c.
