Ign\u00e1c prevzal jadro \u201ePrinc\u00edpu a\u00a0Fundamentu\u201c od Erazma alebo od Pedra Lombardiho. Ale jeho prv\u00e1 in\u0161pir\u00e1cia m\u00e1 p\u00f4vod v\u00a0Manrese: od jeho duchovnej sk\u00fasenosti Boha, Stvorite\u013ea a\u00a0Otca a\u00a0\u010dloveka, tvora alebo syna, vo vesm\u00edre, stvorenom a\u00a0ur\u010denom ma\u0165 podiel na sl\u00e1ve synov Boha. Druh\u00fd blok je sformovan\u00fd dvoma nevyhnutn\u00fdmi podmienkami tak, aby \u010dlovek mohol \u017ei\u0165 tento ide\u00e1lny projekt Boha: a) aby sa \u010dlovek stal \u201eindiferentn\u00fdm\u201c; b) aby si vybral v\u00a0slobode iba to, \u010do \u201eviac\u201c vedie k\u00a0tomu, aby dosiahol svoj hlavn\u00fd cie\u013e. O\u00a0\u0161trukt\u00fare textu a\u00a0sp\u00f4sobe ako ho pon\u00faka\u0165 a\u00a0realizova\u0165, hovoria viacer\u00e9 <em>Direkt\u00f3ri\u00e1 <\/em>4:21; 10:23-32; 10:32; 17:88; 26:33; 32:7 a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ofici\u00e1lne <em>Direkt\u00f3rium<\/em> rozumne nazna\u010duje o \u201ePrinc\u00edpe a\u00a0Fundamente\u201c tieto podstatn\u00e9 body: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201e<\/strong>(103) <strong><em>1. \u00davaha o\u00a0poslednom cieli \u010dloveka.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 \u00davod do prv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a tvor\u00ed medit\u00e1cia o\u00a0poslednom cieli \u010dloveka. T\u00e1to medit\u00e1cia sa naz\u00fdva \u201eFundament\u201c, preto\u017ee je z\u00e1kladom celej mravnej a\u00a0duchovnej budovy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(104) <strong><em>2. M\u00f4\u017ee sa rozdeli\u0165 na tri \u010dasti.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Mo\u017eno ho rozdeli\u0165 na tri \u010dasti: Prv\u00e1: cie\u013e, pre ktor\u00fd bol \u010dlovek stvoren\u00fd. Druh\u00e1: prostriedky na jeho dosiahnutie. Tretia: ako je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 vybra\u0165 si ten \u010di onen prostriedok, preto\u017ee nevieme, ktor\u00fd je vhodnej\u0161\u00ed na dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013ea. Ka\u017ed\u00fd omyl v\u00a0tejto veci je \u0161kodliv\u00fd a\u00a0nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd. Z\u00a0toho vypl\u00fdva tie\u017e \u0161tvrt\u00e1: aby sa \u010dlovek urobil v\u0161estranne indiferentn\u00fdm a\u00a0vyrovnan\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(105) <strong><em>3. <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Ve\u013ek\u00e1 d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 indiferencie<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 T\u00e1to indiferencia je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1. Exercitantovi (tomu, ktor\u00fd sa cvi\u010d\u00ed) sa mus\u00ed pripomen\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm hlb\u0161ie polo\u017e\u00ed tento z\u00e1klad, t\u00fdm pevnej\u0161ia bude stavba. Toto u\u017e nazna\u010dil n\u00e1\u0161 otec Ign\u00e1c v\u00a0pozn\u00e1mkach DC\u00a0 15 a\u00a016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(106) <strong><em>4. Pom\u00f4cky proti suchop\u00e1rnosti v\u00a0tejto medit\u00e1cii.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Preto\u017ee sa niektor\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed si e\u0161te na modlitbu nezvykli, zd\u00e1 t\u00e1to medit\u00e1cia pr\u00edli\u0161 such\u00e1, mo\u017eno k\u00a0nej prida\u0165 e\u0161te niektor\u00e9 in\u00e9 \u00favahy, napr\u00edklad k\u00a0medit\u00e1cii o\u00a0stvoren\u00ed \u010dloveka \u00favahu, \u017ee ho Boh stvoril z\u00a0ni\u010doho a\u00a0\u010do v\u0161etko a\u00a0ak\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 veci mu dal stvoren\u00edm a\u00a0\u017ee ho st\u00e1le udr\u017euje v\u00a0byt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(107) <strong><em>5. <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Ak\u00fd je c<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>ie\u013e tejto medit\u00e1cie.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Ale \u00favaha o\u00a0t\u00fdchto veciach nem\u00e1 smerova\u0165 k\u00a0vzbudeniu v\u010fa\u010dnosti ako \u00favaha o\u00a0Bo\u017e\u00edch dobrodeniach, ale k\u00a0cie\u013eu tohto Fundamentu, k\u00a0poznaniu, \u017ee Boh n\u00e1m v\u0161etky tieto veci dal, aby sme dosiahli posledn\u00fd cie\u013e. Preto m\u00f4\u017ee \u010dlovek t\u00fato medit\u00e1ciu obr\u00e1ti\u0165 na seba, ako pristupoval (\u017eil) a\u017e do pr\u00edtomnosti, \u010do sa t\u00fdka cie\u013ea a prostriedkov, ako nespr\u00e1vne kr\u00e1\u010dal; \u010do sa t\u00fdka to\u013ek\u00fdch stvoren\u00ed, ako zbl\u00fadil ich zneu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 mu mali pom\u00e1ha\u0165, a\u00a0tak polo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1klad toho, aby poznal deform\u00e1ciu svojho \u017eivota, \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00fa potom v medit\u00e1cii o\u00a0hriechoch bude realizova\u0165 ob\u0161\u00edrnej\u0161ie a\u00a0detailnej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(108) <strong><em>6. \u010cas pre t\u00fato medit\u00e1ciu.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Na medit\u00e1ciu \u201eFundamentu\u201c, kni\u017eka Duchovn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed nestanovuje konkr\u00e9tne hodiny ako v\u00a0nasleduj\u00facich cvi\u010deniach; ale aby za\u010dal \u013eahk\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Preto\u017ee ako z\u00e1klad podopiera cel\u00fa budovu, tak i\u00a0t\u00e1to pravda m\u00e1 vplyv na v\u0161etky cvi\u010denia a\u00a0zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 na vo\u013ebu stavu, ktor\u00e1 skoro cel\u00e1 z\u00e1vis\u00ed na nej.
