Ide vlastne o\u00a0prv\u00fa a\u00a0najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161iu vec z\u00a0t\u00fdchto troch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u0160tudova\u0165 a\u00a0pozorne sa zamyslie\u0165, ktor\u00fd \u010das alebo doba je najadekv\u00e1tnej\u0161ia na urobenie \u201evo\u013eby\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Da\u0165 praktick\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 na to, aby sa dosiahol tento cie\u013e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u0161etky tieto texty maj\u00fa praktick\u00fd charakter pre exercitanta. Zakladaj\u00fa sa na zredukovanom po\u010dte pravidiel o\u00a0dokonalosti. Ten, kto d\u00e1va duchovn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia, mus\u00ed pozna\u0165 ve\u013emi dobre tieto texty, \u010di body DC, tak aby, ke\u010f ich mus\u00ed aplikova\u0165, dal exercitantovi iba tie, ktor\u00e9 by mu pomohli, bez toho, aby ho unavili mnoh\u00fdmi in\u00fdmi vecami naraz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tieto texty z\u00e1rove\u0148 predstavuj\u00fa bez pochyby dobr\u00fa pomoc, dobr\u00fd n\u00e1vod, \u010di dobr\u00e9ho sprievodcu.
